Requirements
- Cosmetology or esthetician license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and mentorship

Responsibilities
- Guiding and teaching aspiring cosmetologists
- Leading instructional sessions on cosmetology basics
- Preparing students for state board examinations
