About The Position

The Beauty Advisor will take responsibility for and contribute to the efficient and effective running of the CHANEL account, promoting business objectives as appropriate and actively working towards achievement of personal and team targets, always providing excellent customer service. This role involves promoting business objectives, achieving personal and team targets, and delivering outstanding customer service within the CHANEL brand at McMarran Las Vegas International Airport.

Requirements

Two to Five years of experience in retail sales performing as a sales associate for fragrances and beauty products.
Fluent speaker: English & Spanish.
Adaptability to flexible shifts (AM, PM), Saturdays and/or Sundays.
Knowledgeable in makeup and skincare application techniques.
Proactive and autodidact.

Nice To Haves

Ideally: Mandarin fluency.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by identifying customer needs and sales opportunities.
Ensure the highest levels of customer care are offered, encouraging customers to join the database and maintaining confidentiality.
Continuously work towards achieving and exceeding retail sales goals by utilizing product knowledge and promoting cross-selling.
Develop strong customer interactions to create brand differentiation and uniqueness.
Identify customer profiles and needs to propose and sell products across Skincare, Makeup, and Fragrances.
Assist in analyzing sales results to identify opportunities for growth.
Help build the account by achieving and exceeding sales targets, increasing sales volume and productivity.
Offer and apply expert makeovers to CHANEL customers, demonstrating skill and variety in makeup techniques.
Provide expert Skincare diagnoses and in-depth information regarding fragrance products.
Assist with stock control and inventory management, including stocking shelves, receiving deliveries, and asset protection.
Carefully manage testers and samples, ensuring proper usage and communicating replenishment needs.
Demonstrate enthusiasm for selling, product flair, and customer satisfaction.
Present an appropriate appearance, ensuring personal makeup, grooming, uniform, and adherence to the uniform policy meet CHANEL standards.
Maintain a clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional work area that reflects merchandising standards.
Successfully complete the CHANEL Induction and any further training provided, including all courses in the Inside Beauty app.
Ensure visually appealing product presentation and merchandising that maximizes sales according to brand guidelines.
Ensure items are correctly priced and the shop layout aligns with brand guidelines and store requirements.
Actively support and contribute to team success, demonstrating reliability and flexibility.
Communicate, contribute to, and share relevant information with colleagues and other departments.
Contribute positively in team meetings, trainings, and briefings.
Maintain confidentiality of information as required.
During the probatory 3-month period: communicate fluidly in English, ensure expert makeovers and skincare diagnoses are provided, complete Inside Beauty app courses, achieve sales goals, maintain impeccable grooming and correct uniform, maintain stock replenishment and planograms, and maintain a clean and hygienic boutique reflecting merchandising standards.
