Requirements

  • Experience in beauty, skincare, esthetics, or luxury retail environments
  • Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate products effectively
  • A track record of delivering high-touch customer service and driving sales performance
  • A team-first mindset with a willingness to support and inspire others

Responsibilities

  • Create elevated, one-on-one customer experiences through personalized consultations and product storytelling
  • Guide guests through hands-on product discovery, including skincare and body care demonstrations
  • Drive sales by building trust, identifying needs, and confidently recommending solutions
  • Deliver a polished and seamless checkout experience that reflects the brand
  • Stay deeply knowledgeable about products, ingredients, and benefits to speak with confidence and credibility
  • Support visual merchandising and maintain a store environment that feels vibrant, clean, and inviting
  • Track personal performance and take ownership of hitting and exceeding sales goals
  • Act as a brand ambassador by bringing energy, warmth, and personality to every interaction
