Beauty Advisor - Part Time
About The Position
As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients with warmth, confidence, and a passion for beauty. Through personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, you’ll support clients’ confidence journeys and help them find products that meet their needs. You’ll share product knowledge, stay current on beauty trends, and contribute to sales goals and key performance indicators. You’ll also support inventory and merchandising, maintain a clean and welcoming store, foster an inclusive and collaborative environment, and follow company policies to help provide a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a part-time position requiring availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Part-time schedules are 15–29 hours per week, and employees must meet the required minimum weekly shifts or hours and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
Requirements
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Meet the required minimum weekly shifts or hours and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
