About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for Beauty Advisors and Counter Managers. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Nordstrom team. The hiring event is on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 11 am to 5 pm at 100 Bellevue Square, Bellevue, WA 98004. Applications will still be considered if you are unable to attend the event. Requirements

Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Experience in Beauty Advisor or Counter Manager roles.
Knowledge of specific brands like Charlotte Tilbury, Creed, Drybar, Hair Stylist, Lancome, La Prairie, Men's Fragrances, Spa Client Coordinator, Trish McEvoy, Victoria Beckham Beauty.
