About The Position

Neiman Marcus is a leading luxury retailer known for its curated product assortment, unparalleled services, and exclusive activations for customers in Pursuit of the Extraordinary. The Beauty Advisor is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building sales volumes, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and working effectively with team members. The role also involves establishing new Neiman Marcus accounts, demonstrating adherence to company standards, focusing on in-house training programs, pre-booked facial consultation events, maintaining a properly merchandised counter, and proficiently closing retail sales. The Beauty Advisor will utilize Neiman Marcus's clienteling system to drive their own business and create success.

Requirements

Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goal.
Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools.
Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
Commission sales experience.
High School Diploma / equivalency required.
A flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person.
Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage.
Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
