The Beauty Advisor, under direction from the Cosmetics Selling Manager, is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building individual and vendor line sales volumes, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, working effectively with other team members, and establishing new Neiman Marcus accounts. This role requires consistent adherence to company standards and procedures, with a focus on in-house training programs, pre-booked facial consultation events, maintaining a properly merchandised counter, and proficiently closing retail sales. The Beauty Advisor will utilize the Neiman Marcus clienteling system to drive their own business and success.
