About The Position

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, offering a warm welcome and demonstrating a passion for beauty. Your role involves providing personalized consultations and expert product recommendations to help clients on their confidence journeys. You are expected to be a beauty pioneer, embracing diversity and contributing to a beautiful community.

Requirements

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours (15-29 hrs/week for Part Time)
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
