About The Position

As a freelance sales associate, you will leverage your creative and technical expertise to deliver a personalized and engaging in-store experience for customers, including makeup application, skincare advice, and fragrance consultations. You will also contribute to in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising. This role is ideal for a dynamic self-starter seeking a progressive career opportunity in prestige beauty. While certification or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, beginners are welcome. Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is valued, but we also encourage those eager to develop these skills. Requirements

Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.

Nice To Haves

Certification in makeup artistry.
Prior retail makeup experience.
Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation.
Amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
Retail experience is preferred.
