About The Position

As a highly skilled make-up artist, the Beauty Advisor combines creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. The role works as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events and ensure the store meets high visual merchandising standards. Make-up artistry certification and/or previous retail make-up experience is desirable, but applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise. Requirements

Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Be able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
Have previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.

Nice To Haves

Make-up artistry qualification or certification.
Previous retail make-up experience.
Amateur-level make-up experience is welcome if the applicant can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
