About The Position

Nordstrom Beauty is hiring for Beauty Advisors and Counter Managers. This is an opportunity to interview during our Beauty Hiring Event on Thursday, August 27, 2026, between 12pm-4pm. The event is located at 100 Bellevue Square, Bellevue, WA 98004. We are looking for individuals to fill roles such as Drybar Hair Stylist, Clarins Counter Manager, Gucci Counter Manager, Kiehl's Counter Manager, Tom Ford Counter Manager, Byredo Interim Counter Manager, Beauty Rituals Beauty Advisor, Cle de Peau Beauty Advisor, Giorgio Armani Beauty Advisor, and Tom Ford Beauty Advisor. Requirements

Beauty Counter Manager: $27.00-$28.10 Hourly
Beauty Advisor: $24.05-$25.05 Hourly

Responsibilities

Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
