Requirements
- Licensed Beautician (Manager License required in Wisconsin)
- At least 1 year of professional experience
- Active liability insurance
- Warm, patient, and personable approach
Nice To Haves
- experience with seniors is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of salon services including cutting, washing, styling, sets, and perms
- Create a positive, uplifting experience that helps residents feel confident and cared for
- Bring your own tools and preferred products
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized salon environment
- Build trusting relationships with residents and staff
