Requirements
- Licensed Beautician Manager License required in Wisconsin
- At least 1 year of professional experience.
- Active liability insurance.
- Warm, patient, and personable approach.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with seniors is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of salon services including cutting, washing, styling, sets, and perms.
- Create a positive, uplifting experience that helps residents feel confident and cared for.
- Bring your own tools and preferred products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized salon environment.
- Build trusting relationships with residents and staff.
