About The Position
The Lodge at Natchez Trace, a beautiful home-style assisted living and memory care community just outside Nashville, is searching for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Beautician to support our residents. This is an independent beautician position with a flexible schedule, providing services onsite at the community salon. The beautician collects direct payment from residents for services rendered, and an existing resident clientele is available.
Requirements
- Current Tennessee cosmetology license required
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with seniors preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide haircuts, shampoos, styling, perms, color, and other salon services as requested
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary salon area
- Build positive relationships with residents and families
- Follow all applicable sanitation and licensing requirements
- Coordinate scheduling with community staff and residents
