Sapp Bros., Inc. is excited to open our new Beans & Brew location in St. George, Utah! We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead to help launch our fast-casual coffeehouse and café concept. Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18 years or older
• Leadership Skills: Friendly, motivational, and able to guide a team in a fast-paced café environment
• Customer-Focused: Dedicated to providing a 5-star experience for every guest
• Team Player: Collaborative, dependable, and proactive
• Quick Learner: Willing to grow skills and take on increasing responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Supervising and mentoring team members, including Baristas and Cashiers
• Assisting with scheduling, training, and performance feedback
• Ensuring smooth operations during shifts, including guest service, drink preparation, and store cleanliness
• Handling cash, deposits, and transactions accurately
• Upholding food and beverage safety and sanitation standards
• Supporting the Store Manager in achieving operational and service goals
