About The Position

Flawless is transforming Hollywood with assistive AI. Our tools empower filmmakers to edit, localize, and refine performances while preserving artistic intent. Designed to support, not replace, artists, our technology expands what is possible on screen and gives creators freedom to tell stories with greater impact and reach audiences in new ways. From enabling seamless multilingual releases to eliminating the need for costly reshoots, Flawless solves critical challenges that slow down productions and limit distribution. We are also setting the standard for ethical AI in entertainment. Our Artistic Rights Treasury (A.R.T.) is a rights management solution that protects artists and rights holders, ensuring that innovation moves forward with transparency and respect for creative ownership. We're seeking a driven, curious, and confident sales professional with a passion for film and technology. You'll be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging new productions within our key studio accounts - from Netflix to Amazon - building relationships that open doors for the senior sales team. The ideal candidate thrives in outbound environments, learns quickly, and understands the unique dynamics of production workflows and creative teams.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in outbound sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven success generating and qualifying leads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across creative and technical audiences.
  • Understanding of film, TV, or VFX production processes and terminology.
  • Highly coachable and eager to learn new technology and workflows.
  • Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and measurable results.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior production professionals (e.g., Directors, Producers, Editors).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into media, entertainment, or post-production companies.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Existing relationships within studio or production networks.

Responsibilities

  • Research and map out upcoming film and TV productions associated with key studio accounts.
  • Proactively reach out to producers, directors, editors, and other production stakeholders to introduce Flawless' technology.
  • Generate qualified opportunities and book meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to organize and coordinate demos.
  • Track engagement activity and manage account insights within CRM tools.
  • Learn and master Flawless' demo process, with the goal of delivering demos independently.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Flawless' products and the value they bring to production workflows.
  • Move fast, adapt quickly, and contribute to a high-performance outbound motion.
  • Represent Flawless with humility, confidence, and professionalism in every interaction.
