About The Position
Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is seeking an Automotive Call Center Representative/BDC Agent to join their growing BDC team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls and setting appointments for service customers. The ideal candidate is a "GO GETTER" who is comfortable with high volume calling and possesses a professional, well-spoken demeanor. Experience in customer service, telemarketing, retail, or sales is encouraged, and previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.

- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and Internet proficiency
- Professional appearance, verbal/written communication and strong work ethic

Responsibilities
- Daily communication with customers on inbound calls, outgoing calls and texting solutions to schedule service appointments.
- Basic customer service follow-up calls after completion of service visits.
- Maintain and follow our script and inbound call process to efficiently schedule appointments at ease for our guests.
- Work closely with Service Management, Service Advisor and Parts Advisor teams.
- Ongoing on-site training of basic dealership guidelines and scheduling systems.
