We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented BDC Service Coordinator to join our team. The BDC (Business Development Center) Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between customers and the service department. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service and problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The pay is $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience. The work schedule includes Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, and employees receive a day off after working a Saturday.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and an associate's or bachelor’s degree are preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive or service-related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive services or dealership operations is a plus.
  • Strong keyboarding/typing skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all service inquiries received via phone and email.
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to address their service needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Communicate with the service team to ensure that all customer requests are met promptly.
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Perform follow-up calls after service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in coordinating special service promotions and campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to online service inquiries and appointment requests.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed service department goals.
