About The Position

Kia of Lincoln is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Service BDC. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our service department, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, managing our loaner vehicle inventory, and supporting day-to-day operations. This position offers an opportunity for growth, including assisting with warranty processing as you develop within the role.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn service management software
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role, including warranty processing responsibilities

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in automotive or customer service roles is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming service department calls promptly and professionally
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction and service department productivity
  • Manage and track loaner vehicle inventory to ensure availability and proper maintenance
  • Assist with warranty processing as knowledge and experience grow
  • Maintain clear communication between customers, service technicians, and management
  • Provide a high level of customer service to enhance the dealership’s reputation
