Murgado Automotive Group is hosting a CAREER FAIR for their Business Development Center (BDC) - CALL CENTER. They are seeking friendly and professional communicators who thrive in a fast-paced environment to play a critical role in customer engagement and service delivery. The role involves assisting clients to ensure an exceptional service experience.

Requirements

• A friendly and professional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls and working with a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus (automotive experience is a bonus but not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus!

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service inquiries.
• Follow up on leads and schedule service visits.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.

• Collaborate with service and marketing teams to meet client needs.
