About The Position

Great Lakes Honda of Fishers is a high-performing, customer-focused automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service and value. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BDC Sales Representative to join our Business Development Center and help drive dealership growth through effective customer engagement and lead management.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with phone and computer-based work.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as VinSolutions, Elead, or Reynolds & Reynolds.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and engage with potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team by understanding customer requirements and offering relevant information.
  • Follow up with customers to nurture relationships, ensure satisfaction, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and follow up logs using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead to sale.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
  • Provide detailed product and promotional information to customers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, professionally, and courteously.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
