We generate a high volume of leads and are seeking driven professionals who can convert opportunities into appointments and sales. This is not an entry-level role; we are looking for someone with a high sense of urgency, who can handle volume, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive sales experience and excel at communication, follow-up, and closing deals.

Requirements

  • Strong phone skills and ability to build rapport quickly

  • Ability to handle high lead volume (calls, texts, emails daily)
  • Positive attitude with a competitive mindset
  • Must be reliable and accountable

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
  • Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up aggressively with unsold prospects
  • Maintain consistent communication via phone, text, and email
  • Work closely with sales managers to maximize show rates and sold units
  • Log all activity accurately in the CRM
