As a BDC Representative, you’ll connect with customers by phone, email, and text to assist with service scheduling, answer questions, and create positive experiences that keep customers coming back.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and care
  • Schedule service appointments for multiple automotive brands
  • Make outbound follow-up and retention calls to customers
  • Communicate with customers through clear, professional emails and voicemails
  • Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every interaction
  • Build confidence and expertise in written and verbal communication
