About The Position

McGrath Kia of Highland Park is seeking an experienced, highly talented, and goal-oriented BDC Representative to help scale our fast-growing Business Development Center. Located in a premium area on the North Shore, we pride ourselves on a winning culture where hard work is rewarded and teamwork is the standard. In this high-impact role, your department handles 100% of all incoming Internet Leads . You will be the crucial first impression for our dealership. We are looking for a long-term team player with a strong history of performance and accountability who wants to produce at an elite level.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: A strong history of performance in a BDC, call center, or inside sales position.
  • Elite Professionalism: The ability to maintain high levels of salesmanship, teamwork, organization, and customer service.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong working PC knowledge, fast internet navigation skills, and the ability to seamlessly multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding verbal (phone) and written (email/text) communication skills.
  • Driven & Accountable: A professional work ethic, excellent time management skills, and a relentless desire to hit your targets and own your performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Ownership: Manage 100% of incoming Internet Leads and respond to all customer website requests with an extreme sense of urgency.
  • High-Volume Outreach: Execute a high volume of daily outbound calls and answer inbound phone inquiries according to script to schedule firm sales appointments.
  • Strategic Follow-Up: Contact internet customers via email and phone, scheduling follow-ups according to a pre-determined timeline if no immediate appointment is made.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Proactively contact customers based on current dealership marketing campaigns to drive showroom traffic.
  • CRM Mastery: Meticulously log all customer comments, interactions, and follow-up activities in the system.
  • Team Communication: Notify the necessary sales departments seamlessly the moment an appointment is scheduled.
  • Drive Results: Consistently meet or exceed ambitious monthly production, appointment, and show-rate goals.
