Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with CRM software, specifically CDK/E-Leads.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and outbound leads generated through various channels.
Qualify and nurture sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance.
