About The Position

McGrath Imports is expanding its team and is seeking a Sales BDC Manager. The company is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, aiming to significantly contribute to sales growth. This role is designed for BDC Sales Managers who are eager to advance sales and receive competitive compensation from the start. The department is responsible for managing all incoming Internet Leads and Sales calls for the dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment.
  • Follow up with all previous leads
  • Create customer contact notes in CRM.
  • Monitor and update follow up process in CRM
  • Respond to Customer website requests via text, email or phone their preference
  • Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
  • Navigate through dealership computer software to prospect and solicit new business
  • Assist the sales department’s efforts to increase automotive sales
  • Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
  • Analyze current sales data and look for areas to improve
  • Oversee our digital marketing campaign
  • Set quotas and appointment goals, driving sales, and tracking results.
