About The Position

The BDC Agent is responsible for managing internet and phone leads, communicating with customers, and setting confirmed appointments for the sales team. This is a high-impact role directly tied to sales performance.

Requirements

  • Previous BDC or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
  • Ability to handle objections and stay persistent
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • No missed or ignored leads

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming leads (internet, phone, text)
  • Respond quickly and professionally using VinSolutions
  • Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with: Internet leads Missed opportunities Previous customers
  • Maintain consistent communication with Sales Managers
  • Ensure all appointments are properly confirmed (no guessing)
  • Log all activity in CRM accurately
  • High volume of outbound calls and follow-ups
  • Fast response time on all new leads
  • Strong communication and persistence
  • Proper tracking of all customer interactions
  • Accurate appointment setting (no false confirmations)
  • Strong follow-up process
  • Daily accountability and performance tracking
