We're looking for a friendly, organized, and results-driven BDC Manager to be the point person for internet leads, campaigns and outbound activity. The ideal candidate will be comfortable coaching team as well as handling inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, and providing exceptional service to every customer. Requirements

CRM management
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Sufficient reading skills to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Strong writing skills to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, advertising copy
Presentation skills to share information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
Ability to interpret and follow instructions shared in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Promote Growth and seek out opportunities to deliver results in sales and customer satisfaction
Interact with and assist in coaching Sales Staff to identify individual customer needs and opportunities for new/used cars sales presentations
Work closely with Management and sales personnel to ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate notes are made in the CRM
Complete, delegate and hold Sales Team accountable on phone calls, videos and daily follow up.
Act as a member of the Sales Management team, which includes cross-training for internet lead and incoming/outgoing telephone sales prospecting roles
Track sales metrics and set goals
Stay informed about new products, features,accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
Attend product and sales training as requested by GM.
Attend sales meetings
Maintain a professional appearance
