About The Position

Doral Acura, part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is on the lookout for energetic, customer-focused BDC Representatives to join our centralized team! If you love talking to people, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to grow your career (and your paycheck), we want to hear from you! This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to internet leads and emails, and asking the right questions to understand customer needs. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, outgoing, motivated, and possesses strong communication skills. Call center or customer sales experience is a plus, as is being bilingual (English/Spanish). Computer savviness and attention to detail are also important.

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
