Requirements
- Automotive Service BDC is required
- Strong focus on providing best-in-class customer service
- Outstanding follow-up skills
- Ability to maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of calls
- Strong communication skills –both verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
