Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Highly organized and ability to learn quickly
  • Punctuality and attendance is vital

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming calls and online inquires
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other departments promptly
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Follow up with any "no shows" guest
  • Ensure guests are aware of any promotions
  • Log customer details and comments into our system
  • Other duties as assigned
