Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight to clients.
• Focus on clients and supervision while liaison team handles scheduling and communication.
• Utilize QA Systems & Goal Banks to reduce busywork and streamline planning.
• Manage a manageable, high-quality caseload to focus on meaningful clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team-oriented mindset.
• Commit to ethical, high-quality care.
