Requirements

Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in active standing
At least three years of experience in providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism
Complete TB test and livescan clearance

Responsibilities

To oversee Master’s level clinicians in the implementation of treatment plans and case management
To provide BCBA supervision to supervisees seeking certification as BCBA
To oversee Behavior Consultant in the FBA process, including reviewing data, and writing goals.
To develop a treatment plan specific to each individual’s needs that emphasizes the principles of naturalistic ABA
To lead, manage and hold accountable behavior consultants and therapists
To mentor and help develop behavior consultants and therapists to implement ABA effectively
To oversee center-based services and ensure that clinical goals focus on increasing independence, social interaction and inclusion
To provide in person support at the center, driving inclusion, interaction and independence and cultivating a culture of excellence
To collaborate with parents and families to integrate the use of ABA strategies in their everyday lives
To develop a therapeutic alliance with parents, family and the individual receiving services
To analyze data, monitor client progress and prepare program progression. Identify next step in programming and develop goals
To review progress reports written by behavior consultants to ensure quality
To provide clinical supervision to behavior consultants by reviewing client progress and therapist performance
To help develop and present trainings for new hires and current staff
