About The Position
This is a clinic-based BCBA position in Alexandria, VA. The role focuses on providing high-quality ABA services within a supportive clinic environment, minimizing administrative burdens and driving between locations. Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- Passion for collaboration, mentorship, and strong client relationships
- Commitment to ethical, high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA services to clients.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaborate with a clinical team, including BCBA Supervisors and a Clinical Director.
- Focus on meaningful clinical outcomes and client relationships.
- Utilize QA systems and goal banks for planning and documentation.
