About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care. This role is designed to prioritize clinical quality over caseloads, with centralized support for administrative tasks, allowing BCBAs to focus on supervision, programming, and family collaboration. Requirements

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
State Licensure (if applicable)
Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services

Responsibilities

Focus on clinical quality, supervision, programming, and family collaboration.
Manage sustainable caseloads.
Participate in ongoing clinical development and training.
Engage in leadership development opportunities.
Provide structured RBT onboarding and mentorship.

Competitive Salary: Compensation range of $82,500 - $94,500
