About The Position

Flywheel Centers is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Flywheel Team. This role is designed for BCBAs who are tired of endless emails, chasing RBTs, and drowning in administrative work. Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct assessments and analyze data.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals.
• Focus on clients and supervision while a liaison team handles scheduling and communication.
• Utilize QA systems and goal banks to reduce busywork and streamline planning.
• Manage a high-quality caseload that allows focus on meaningful clinical outcomes.
• Pursue growth opportunities to Lead BCBA and Clinical Director roles.
