About The Position
We are seeking an experienced BCBA to support our growing clinical team in the Baltimore, Maryland area through a unique 6-month travel assignment. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely approximately 75% of the time, with one week of in-person work in Maryland each month. The position involves travel to the Baltimore, MD area one week each month, with full travel support provided. The assignment is temporary and lasts for 6 months.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of BCBA experience
- Ability to obtain Maryland licensure prior to start date
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Passion for supporting learners, families, and clinical teams
- Ability to thrive in both remote and in-person environments
- Presently eligible to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Support a growing clinical team in the Baltimore, Maryland area.
- Provide in-person support one week each month.
- Work remotely approximately 75% of the time.
- Support learners, families, and clinical teams.
- Collaborate with a clinician-led team dedicated to quality care.
- Participate in specialty teams including Feeding Intervention Support Team, Functional Analysis Support Team, and High-Risk Review Team.
