About The Position
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Apara Autism Centers. Apara is a mission-driven team making a real impact in the lives of children and families, while also supporting employee expertise and career growth. The role is located at the Castle Hills Center in Lewisville, TX.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification & state licensure
- Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments & create individualized treatment plans
- Provide caregiver training & family support
- Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs
- Analyze behavioral data to guide interventions
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
