Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality ABA therapy.
Collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to excellence in ABA therapy.
Make a real impact in state-of-the-art centers.
Provide customized virtual orientation and ongoing training.
Engage in career advancement opportunities with ongoing training & professional development.
Utilize established clinical practices and automated clinical tools.
Interact and collaborate with RBTs, including checking in with new hires and supporting them through training.
