Requirements

• Current BCBA certification or a scheduled BCBA exam.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• NC BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients in a collaborative clinic environment.
• Support Behavior Technicians (BTs)/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families.
• Make meaningful clinical decisions in a team-focused setting.
• Manage a low caseload to prioritize quality of care.
• Engage in clinical decision-making, data analysis, and treatment planning.
• Provide support to BTs/RBTs.
• Collaborate meaningfully with families.
