This role is designed to provide support to BCBAs, reducing administrative burdens and allowing them to focus on their expertise. The clinic offers a positive and supportive culture with a growing, clinically strong team. Leadership is committed to staff success and preventing burnout.

Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a clinic-based setting
• Experience with QA Systems & Goal Banks
• Experience with BT Liaison Assistance

Responsibilities

• Focus on clients and supervision
• Conducting sessions in the professional Richmond clinic
• Providing clinical outcomes
• Supervising RBTs
