About The Position

This is a full-time, remote position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves collaborating with professionals across behavioral health, special education, and developmental disability sectors to enhance patient outcomes. The BCBA will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and provide supervision and training to RBTs and other direct care staff, both virtually and in-person as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate, timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, and attending scheduled on-site meetings, client visits, or training sessions when required (typically within your local service area). The position also requires staying current with the latest practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) through ongoing professional development.

Requirements

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Strong grasp of ABA principles, intervention strategies, and data collection methods.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting in-person obligations as needed.
  • Strong commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs preferred.
  • Background in special education or a related field is a plus.
