About The Position

Behavioral Health Works (BHW) is a rapidly expanding organization dedicated to sustainable and responsible growth. We specialize in providing personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our multidisciplinary team, comprising BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technicians, works in close partnership with families to develop treatment plans that are customized to each child's specific needs, adhering to the core principles of ABA.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
• BCBA certification or appropriate state licensure
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Ability to provide clinical supervision, parent training, and documentation in both languages
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
• Previous experience as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor implementing ABA treatment plans

Responsibilities

• Maintain an average of 25 billable clinical hours per week (approximately 5 per day)
• Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians (minimum 5% for RBTs)
• Develop, monitor, and update client programs monthly
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as assigned
• Collaborate with and train parents to support treatment goals
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in CentralReach
• Lead monthly PODS (BT mentorship) meetings to promote retention and growth
• Provide guidance and oversight to staff to ensure program integrity
• Review and approve progress reports, ensuring timely submission
