About The Position

Helping Hands Family (HHF), a top-rated ABA provider in the Northeast, is seeking a part-time BCBA to join their mission-driven, outcome-focused culture. HHF offers a supportive team environment with clinical directors, peer BCBAs, and regional directors of quality providing mentorship and case consultation. They provide fully equipped clinics with sensory rooms, therapy tools, and gross motor rooms. HHF also ensures RBTs are well-trained through their RBT Rise and Fellowship programs, fostering a collaborative clinical environment that promotes learning, growth, and shared problem-solving.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• State Licensure where required
• ABA experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a clinic-based setting
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

• RBT background for new BCBAs

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
• Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
