About The Position

Flywheel Centers is opening a brand-new, clinic-based ABA therapy center and is looking for passionate BCBAs who want influence, growth, and real clinical support. While this clinic is new, Flywheel is a well-established, clinician-led organization with proven systems, strong infrastructure, and a commitment to high-quality care. This role offers the chance to help build a clinic from the ground up with the support of an experienced company. The position is clinic-based, serving children and families in the Coastal Georgia area.

Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification (BACB).
• Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and leadership growth.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, high-quality ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children and families.
• Supervise staff.
• Mentor staff.
• Shape clinic culture.
• Focus on clinical work and supervision.
• Conduct quality assurance.
• Utilize goal banks.
• Streamline documentation.

Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: $95K-$115K/year based on experience
