Helping Hands Family (HHF), a top-rated ABA provider in the Northeast, is seeking a part-time BCBA to join their mission-driven, outcome-focused culture. HHF is built by clinicians for clinicians and offers a supportive environment with fully equipped clinics, RBT training programs, and a collaborative clinical setting. The role involves delivering high-quality ABA services to children with autism, managing a caseload of up to 10 clients with 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week, and working with children ages 2-18, primarily under age 6. The BCBA will supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs, conduct assessments, write treatment plans, monitor progress, and maintain ethical documentation.
