About The Position

The BCBA position at ACES offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$92,000, with the potential for up to $30,000 in annual performance-based incentives. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a significant impact on the lives of children with autism and developmental disabilities. Supervisors have the flexibility to deliver care in-center, in-home, or via telehealth, and can build schedules based on client needs. They are one of the longest-standing providers of ABA therapy worldwide.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst in Texas or started the process of obtaining licensure.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in developing and implementing client programs, preferably within the ABA industry.
  • Possess enthusiasm for training, managing, and supporting entry-level staff.
  • Meet requirements for criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations.
  • Share our dedication to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families affected by autism and special needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement customized ABA programs to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Work closely with families and fellow clinicians to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
  • Lead and guide Behavior Technicians to deliver exceptional direct services.
  • Utilize cutting-edge data collection software to evaluate and update client progress reports.
  • Engage with a dynamic cross-functional team committed to fulfilling ACES’ mission of excellence.
