A brand-new, privately owned ABA clinic is opening in Cordova, TN, and they're hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help build the program from day one. This is a ground-floor opportunity where the BCBA's voice matters and they will be more than just another number. Requirements

• Active BCBA Certification
• BLS/CPR Certification

Nice To Haves

• Early intervention experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to early intervention clients.
• Manage a small caseload of 8-12 clients.
• Conduct therapy for only 25 billable hours per week.
• Work in a clinic-based setting only.
• Collaborate with an in-house SLP and OT.
• Help build the culture and influence clinical standards.
