About The Position
Flywheel Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary, clinic-based support, and a full clinical team including a dedicated BCBA Supervisor and Clinical Director. The position focuses on providing high-quality care with manageable caseloads, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits. The BCBA will be responsible for clinical work within a professional, collaborative clinic setting, focusing on clients and supervision, with assistance from a BT liaison team for scheduling and communication. Robust QA systems and extensive goal banks are available for planning and documentation.
Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- Passion for collaboration, mentorship, and strong client relationships
- Commitment to ethical, high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical work within a professional, collaborative clinic setting.

Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $95K-$115K/year
- $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 after 3 months, $2,500 after 6 months)
