About The Position

We're looking for a BCBA to join our Woodbridge, VA team in a hybrid role that combines in-person clinical work with the flexibility of remote work.

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification or a scheduled BCBA exam.
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Virginia BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Ability to provide in-person services within the Woodbridge area.

Nice To Haves

  • Newly certified BCBAs are welcome.
  • Clinical mentorship and support are available as you continue developing your skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person clinical services within the Woodbridge area.
  • Conduct meaningful clinical work.
  • Engage in clinical decision-making, treatment planning, and data analysis.
  • Support the Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) team.
